Overview

Jennifer’s employment practice focuses exclusively on management-side representation. She has extensive experience in New York and Florida federal and state courts and administrative agencies defending clients from all types of employment-related claims including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the like.

Jennifer also represents wireless telecommunications carriers in nationwide litigation. On behalf of her telecommunications clients, Jennifer uncovers cell phone trafficking rings and fraud that costs the industry millions of dollars annually. She has filed dozens of suits in federal district courts across the country and obtained large judgments and permanent injunctions for her clients.
