Carlton Fields Alum Thomas P. Barber Nominated to U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida

Carlton Fields alum Thomas P. Barber was nominated by President Donald J. Trump to serve as a district judge on the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

He is currently a Circuit Judge in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, where he handles civil and criminal cases.

Barber began his legal career at Carlton Fields as an associate from 1992-1996, and returned to Carlton Fields as a shareholder practicing trial and business litigation from 2000-2004.
