Are You a Collaborative Leader?

  • Collaborate at the top to model expectations
    RATHER THAN serve corporate politics and parochial agendas
  • Show a strong hand to speed decisions and ensure agility RATHER THAN let groups get mired in conflict or attempts at consensus
