As you may have already heard, E-Mail Service (not to be confused with “E-service”) is about to begin in Florida, with some other changes to how documents are filed and served in Florida to follow within the next year. As practitioners, we need to be aware of what this means for us and our practice, especially when making an appearance in the State of Florida.
