Judge Rules in Favor of Firm Client Apeiron Miami, LLC of Development at Jockey Club

Carlton Fields Shareholders Christopher Smart and Dane R. Blunt and Associate Scott D. Feather were mentioned in The Real Deal and Law360. The attorneys represent Apeiron Miami LLC, which bought The Jockey Club condominium complex in North Miami and has proposed to redevelop the property.

Recent news articles reported a court victory for Apeiron, in which Miami-Dade Circuit Court Judge John Thornton issued a final order that gave Apeiron permission to develop the property it owns, over the objections of two condominium associations whose residents opposed the project.
