Carlton Fields Miami Shareholder Neal McAliley was quoted in Agri Pulse. The article, “More wetlands litigation may be coming to a court near you,” discusses the increase in litigation of the government authority under the Clean Water Act under the new Trump Administration. 

McAliley shared:

I think there’s going to be an increasing focus on the courts. Legislation would obviously lead to the most long-lasting changes to the (law) but also, historically, this has been the hardest to accomplish for either party.
