Rolling Back Water Rule Won't Answer Court Venue Question

Carlton Fields Miami Shareholder Neal McAliley was quoted in Bloomberg BNA. The article, “Rolling Back Water Rule Won't Answer Court Venue Question,” discusses the Clean Water Rule and challenges to the regulation. McAliley told the publication, “At the end of the day, it all depends on what the president's order says. If the president's executive orders simply tell the agencies to start that process, then the agencies could litigate the jurisdictional issue before the Supreme Court while they are working on a new rule.”
