Carlton Fields Adds Cybersecurity-Focused Shareholder In NY

Carlton Fields litigator Michael L. Yaeger was interviewed by Law360 about his decision to join the firm’s New York office. A former federal prosecutor who was most recently special counsel at Schulte Roth & Zabel, Yaeger bolsters the firm’s cybersecurity and white-collar criminal defense practices.
“There’s an endless variety to the work, and one of the wonderful things about practicing at the intersection of business and cybersecurity and regulation is that the facts keep changing, so the legal interpretation has to keep up,” Yaeger told Law360.
