Carlton Fields Attorney Quoted in Politico Article About Medical Marijuana Rules

Carlton Fields attorney Jennifer A. Tschetter, who leads the firm’s national medical marijuana task force, was quoted in a Politico article about local governments’ medical marijuana rules. She spoke from her experience representing medical marijuana treatment centers.
 
"We avail ourselves of every opportunity to educate local government officials on the importance of making these products available to the patients who need them through dispensaries located within their jurisdictions,” Tschetter told the publication.
