Carlton Fields Attorneys Co-Author ABA Business Torts Journal Article on Attorney-Client Privilege

Carlton Fields attorneys Merrick L. Gross and Yolanda P. Strader co-authored an article in Business Torts Journal, a publication of the American Bar Association’s Section of Litigation. Gross, who chairs the firm’s Business Litigation practice, and Strader examined “exceptions to the well-established rule that the communications between an attorney and his or her client are confidential.” The article was reprinted with permission of the Daily Business Review.
