Carlton Fields Litigators Featured in Media for Defeating $17.5M Claim

Carlton Fields litigators Benjamine Reid, Jeffrey A. Cohen, Gary M. Pappas, and Justan C. Bounds were featured in the Daily Report, the Daily Business Review, and Law360 after defending bicycle helmet manufacturer Bell Sports Inc. against a $17.5 million claim. A jury found the manufacturer was not liable for any injuries caused to a triathlete who fell from her bike.
 
“Here, the jury found that Bell’s instructions and warnings were appropriate. Had they been followed, this injury would not have occurred,” Reid told the Daily Report.
