Luxury Condo Proposed Near West Palm Beach Waterfront

Carlton Fields certified planner and government consultant Joe Verdone was quoted in the South Florida Business Journal article, “Luxury Condo Proposed Near West Palm Beach Waterfront,” about the potential addition of a 24-story luxury condo building in West Palm Beach.

The developer, Flagler Residential LLC, plans to rezone parcels of land near the West Palm Beach waterfront from “professional office residential” to “multifamily high density” to capitalize on the city’s booming high-end condo market.

The site plan consists of 42 units, a parking garage, and a pathway for residents and other pedestrians to access the beach.

Verdone explained that the application will go to the city’s Plans and Plat’s Review Committee, and then will ultimately need to be approved by both the planning board and the city commission.
