South Florida Multifamily Market Trending Toward Apartments After Years of Condo Focus

Carlton Fields real estate attorney Brian A. Hart was quoted in a Daily Business Review article about the high number of recent sales of South Florida apartment buildings. He said the multifamily real estate market would likely continue to see strong activity through 2019.
 
“As the market was evolving, some are saying, ‘Hey, a better return on investment would be luxury rentals as opposed to condominiums.’ It all comes down to return on investment,” Hart told the newspaper.
