Carlton Fields attorney Gregory Boulos authored an article in the Cannabis Industry Journal outlining what cannabis manufacturers need to know about product labeling to avoid costly litigation.
 
“The cost of taking preventative measures to develop a meaningful label is considerably less than the types of product labeling verdicts and settlements affecting other industries,” Boulos wrote.
