Carlton Fields Featured in Law360 Article Spotlighting Law Firm Lawyers Who Hold GC Roles

Carlton Fields attorneys Andrew (Drew) Hinkes and James Walker IV were quoted in a Law360 article highlighting the unique value of attorneys who simultaneously hold general counsel and law firm roles. When Hinkes joined Carlton Fields’ Blockchain and Digital Currency practice, he chose to maintain his role as general counsel of Athena Blockchain Inc., an investment bank focused on structuring and placement of tokenized securities. Hinkes, nationally recognized by CoinDesk as one of the Most Influential People in Blockchain, had the support of both Carlton Fields and Athena Blockchain.
