Carlton Fields Steers $330M Brooklyn Loan

Carlton Fields Shareholder H. Scott Miller was quoted in a Law360 article featuring the firm’s work on a $330 million loan for a new rental tower in Brooklyn, New York. Carlton Fields represented the lender, Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America (TIAA).
 
"Every transaction has its challenges, and this one had the dynamics of a zillion moving transactional pieces on top of the issues that come with new construction in the city," Miller told Law360.
