Carlton Fields to Move Miami Office to MiamiCentral

The forthcoming Carlton Fields Miami office’s move was featured in a South Florida Business Journal article, “Carlton Fields to Move Law Office to Miami Central.”

The article highlights the firm’s 2020 move to 2 MiamiCentral, a building in downtown Miami that boasts a connection to the Brightline, valet parking, on-site dining, and residences.

The firm will be the largest and only law firm tenant in the building, with a 50,000 square-foot lease and approximately 150 lawyers and professional staff.

“Carlton Fields’ new space will modernize our approach to client service,” said Steven J. Brodie, Carlton Fields’ Miami office co-managing shareholder. “The new office will be the focus of face-to-face engagement with clients and colleagues. The forward-thinking design reimagines how we work. It aligns with our firm’s collaborative culture and our commitment to providing innovative client services.”

Amy E. Furness, Carlton Fields’ Miami office co-managing shareholder, also added that the attractive area will be an asset for the firm, enhancing access to clients, colleagues, resources, and venues outside Miami.
