Carlton Fields’ President & CEO Gary L. Sasso Featured in Invest: Tampa About Legal Tech, Talent, and Regional Development

Carlton Fields’ President & CEO Gary L. Sasso was featured in Invest: Tampa’s 2019 magazine about the evolving technology sector. Sasso told the publication that Carlton Fields is active in serving the tech sector in all of its markets.

“As far as our firm’s own technical proficiency, there’s a saying that every company is a tech company, every business is a tech business, and we subscribe to that to a certain extent.”

Sasso also discussed that the firm hires talent purposefully and strategically, and that all local businesses should do their best to serve as examples and magnets for talent.

“I like to see local clients use local talent, not just because it benefits our firm, but because I believe in a mutually, supporting economy. I think it’s a shame when a
company has to go to another state to find any kind of service available here, so I like to see our own companies investing in our economy.”
