Tampa Bay Area Attorneys Warn That Landlords Could Begin Evictions in the Coming Weeks

Carlton Fields commercial real estate attorney Dane R. Blunt was quoted in a Tampa Bay Business Journal article about a predicted wave of commercial evictions in September, now that certain tenant protections have expired.

"Tenants need to reach out to their landlord and start a dialogue ... there are landlords who are willing and have the ability to work with tenants," Blunt told the Business Journal. "No landlord wants to let a place go dark."
