A Rare Non-Compete Wrinkle: Miami Lawyers Prevail in Employee-Poaching Litigation

Florida’s Second District Court of Appeal ruled in favor of Carlton Fields’ client, Surgery Partners, confirming Florida’s public policy of preventing unlawful competition with a health care organization’s patient relationships and those of its physician employees.
