Carlton Fields’ New Chief Operating Officer, Fred O’Malley, Featured in Media

Carlton Fields Chief Operating Officer Fred O’Malley was featured in several business and legal news publications, including the Business Observer, Law360, and the Tampa Bay Business Journal, in acknowledgement of his recent appointment as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer.

O’Malley’s arrival coincided with the retirement of long-time COO Anastasia “Annie” Hiotis. Hiotis started her career at Carlton Fields in 1992, serving as Director of Office Operations and Human Resources. In 2001 she was promoted to COO to oversee firm operations.

The articles affirm O’Malley’s more than 25 years of executive law firm experience overseeing core business functions, including financial management and administrative operations.

O’Malley stated he is thrilled to be part of the Carlton Fields team, and eager to guide the firm’s future growth.
