Carlton Fields Construction Industry Group Co-Chair George Meyer was quoted in a Construction Dive article, “The Pros and Cons of Construction Manager Delivery Methods,” about the different construction manager delivery methods.

Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc), Construction Manager as Advisor (CMa), and Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) are all gaining attention as alternatives to the two primary project delivery methods.

Meyer often works with clients to describe the advantages and drawbacks of these options, and then decide what delivery method may be best for that particular project.
