Carlton Fields privacy attorney John E. “Jack” Clabby was quoted in a Daily Business Review article about the possible privacy implications of COVID-19 contact tracing programs being developed for use in the U.S. Clabby noted that successful contact tracing programs should be voluntary and decentralized and avoid retaining geolocation data.
