Carlton Fields Appellate Win Featured in Daily Business Review

Carlton Fields litigators Kevin P. McCoy and Joseph H. Lang Jr. were featured in a Daily Business Review article about an appellate victory on behalf of firm client Hillcrest Country Club. Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal ruled in favor of Hillcrest in a dispute involving the architectural firm hired to plan the development of residences on a former golf course. The court reversed the lower court’s summary judgment order, and the dispute will now proceed to trial.

“We appreciate the court’s thoughtful analysis of these issues, and we look forward to trying this case to a jury to see its view of things,” McCoy told the DBR.
