Carlton Fields Leaders Featured in Tampa Bay Business Journal Article About Workplace Inclusivity

Carlton Fields Chief Diversity Officer Nancy J. Faggianelli and Tampa Office Managing Shareholder Lori Baggett were featured in a Tampa Bay Business Journal article about diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Baggett and Faggianelli were panelists at the Business Journal’s July 14 roundtable discussion for companies with a track record of inclusive policies.

In the wake of George Floyd’s death, Carlton Fields’ leadership undertook a listening session with firm members on the topic of racial injustice, Baggett and Faggianelli told the publication. Many of the resulting stories were shared with permission in Carlton Fields’ “Unity in a Time of Crisis” video.
