Rising Wave of Data Privacy, Security Class Actions Threatens Insurers

Carlton Fields attorneys Julianna Thomas McCabe and John E. “Jack” Clabby were quoted in a Life Annuity Specialist article on a predicted wave of data privacy class actions against insurers coming as more states pass new privacy regulations.
