Carlton Fields’ Neal McAliley Quoted in Media About Coronavirus’ Impact on Environmental Enforcement

Carlton Fields environmental attorney Neal McAliley was quoted in an article published in Bloomberg Law and The Washington Post about how the coronavirus has affected environmental enforcement matters. 

“We are still scheduling calls, exchanging emails,” McAliley said of his enforcement cases involving the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the Army Corps of Engineers, and state environmental agencies. “Nothing has stopped the work flow.”
