How RBG Tamed Robinson-Patman Price Discrimination

Carlton Fields antitrust attorney Scott Abeles authored an article in Law360 about U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s lasting impact on antitrust law. Ginsburg was not known for authoring antitrust rulings, but in one notable case, she “attempted to tame antitrust's most notorious, controversial and arcane branch of law — price discrimination under the Robinson-Patman Act — and largely succeeded,” Abeles wrote.
