Lawyers and Atlanta Opera Team Up to Create Covers for N95 Masks for Local Hospital

The Atlanta Opera, a Carlton Fields client, was featured in the ABA Journal for transforming its costume shop into a production facility for fabric mask covers during the early days of the COVID-19 crisis. Proctor were highlighted in the article for their pro bono efforts to ensure the opera’s efforts were covered by insurance.

“The insurance company was so moved by what the opera is doing, they said ‘we’ll include that in the coverage,’” Sharbaugh told the ABA Journal. “So, they ended up with products liability coverage at no charge."
