11th Circuit Says Rooker-Feldman Doctrine’s ‘Expansion Is Over’

Carlton Fields appellate attorney Rachel Oostendorp was quoted in Law360 discussing a pro bono client victory in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. The court ruling clarified the narrow Rooker-Feldman doctrine.
