11th Circ. Clarifies Ascertainability Standard for Class Actions

Carlton Fields class action attorney Aaron S. Weiss was quoted in a Law360 article about an Eleventh Circuit ruling clarifying the standard for ascertaining the members of a class. Weiss told Law360 the decision “will stand as one of the most consequential class opinions to be issued by the Eleventh Circuit and will define class action law in the Eleventh Circuit for years to come.”
