Carlton Fields’ William Sklar Quoted in Media Coverage of Condo Safety Task Force Recommendations

Carlton Fields attorney William Sklar, who chairs The Florida Bar’s Condominium Law and Policy on Life Safety Issues Advisory Task Force, was quoted in media coverage of the task force’s newly released recommendations.

The task force was created in the wake of the deadly Surfside condo collapse in June 2021 and presented recommendations to Gov. Ron DeSantis and lawmakers in October. Sklar provided insight on the recommendations in media outlets including The Florida Bar News, Law360, Miami Herald, Sun Sentinel, Wall Street Journal, WLRN Sundial, and WPBF.
