Georgia’s Biggest Appellate Rulings of 2021 So Far

Carlton Fields Shareholder Chris Freeman was quoted in a Law360 article, “Georgia’s Biggest Appellate Rulings of 2021 So Far,” discussing the contentious appellate court case allowing executives to face product liability depositions. 

"I don't think this is the last word on the issue, but it was nevertheless, at least from my perspective, a surprising word," said Freeman. "As it stands, I think it certainly gives plaintiffs who are suing corporate defendants additional ammunition to justify why they're entitled to the deposition."
