11th Circ. Ruling Bolsters Insurers in Faulty Work Fights

Carlton Fields insurance attorney Jeffrey Michael Cohen was quoted in a Law360 Insurance Authority article about an Eleventh Circuit ruling that clarifies a faulty workmanship exclusion that is common in liability policies covering construction companies.

"It's important because it shows that the court is willing to enforce an exclusion that's significant to insurers providing coverage for the construction industry," Cohen told the publication.
