Carlton Fields Shareholder Michael Yaeger was quoted in a Law360 article, “New Jersey Cases To Watch In 2021: A Midyear Report,” about notable New Jersey court cases, including a foreign bribery case involving alleged attempts by the government to outsource aspects of the investigation to the cooperating company.

"If there's been a disclosure to the government by the cooperating company that prejudices its former employee, the court could conclude that the government has, through its cooperator, infringed on the defendant's Sixth Amendment right to counsel," said Yaeger.
