Biden Swings Waters Pendulum With Final Resolution Still Elusive

Carlton Fields environmental attorney Neal McAliley was quoted in a Bloomberg Environment and Energy Report article about the Biden administration expanding water regulation, adding to a debate about the definition of waters of the U.S., or WOTUS.

“There are some rules that are technical and arcane that take on this broader significance for people in the country, and this WOTUS rule is one of them,” McAliley said.
