Carlton Fields Attorneys Featured in Media for Significant Litigation Win

Carlton Fields litigators Alan Rosenthal, Enrique D. Arana, and Natalie J. Carlos were featured in Daily Business Review and Law360 articles about a significant victory for a firm client, the City of Miami Beach.

Carlton Fields prevailed in a $15 million lawsuit filed against the city by the owner of a defunct South Beach nightclub, Chakra 5. After eight years of litigation, a Miami-Dade Circuit Court judge granted summary judgment in the city's favor, rejecting Chakra’s claims that the city violated its due process rights and caused it to go out of business.
