Carlton Fields insurance attorney Steve Kraus was quoted in an Insurance News Net article titled, “’Another Fight’ Brewing if DOL Revives Fiduciary Rule, Attorney Says,” on the Department of Labor’s turn back to the Obama era fiduciary style rule, discussed during a recent National Association for Fixed Annuities panel program.

“My prediction is there’s going to be another fight just like there was a few years ago,” said Kraus.
