Carlton Fields real estate and government law attorney William Sklar was featured in numerous media outlets after he was named chair of The Florida Bar’s Condominium Law and Policy on Life Safety Task Force. The task force was created in the wake of the Surfside condominium collapse to determine and recommend if legislative and or regulatory changes should be enacted to minimize the likelihood of a similar tragedy. Sklar was featured on CBS News, ENR, Fox Business, Miami Herald/Tampa Bay Times, Miami Herald, USA Today, Wall Street Journal, and Washington Post, among others.
