Mark Neubauer Co-Authors Article for ABA Litigation Magazine: “Legal Research: The Old Way Versus the New”

Carlton Fields Shareholder and business litigator, Mark Neubauer, co-authored an article for the ABA Litigation magazine, “Legal Research: The Old Way Versus the New.” Neubauer and his co-author analyze the old versus new ways of legal research, examining and comparing the pros and cons that each bring to the table. The authors conclude that while technology has certainly changed methods of research, the old and new techniques aren’t so different after all.

In the article, the authors note: “The use of books and older research strategies can make you inefficient. Yet, the younger lawyer may miss the understanding gained from reading the full law to find the answers. Both have their place.”
