Carlton Fields Shareholder and Empirical Justice LLC Founder Michael Yaeger was featured in a Wall Street Journal article examining the potential prison term of Theranos Inc. founder Elizabeth Holmes.

Yaeger supplied an analysis showing that the median prison term for cases with characteristics similar to Holmes’s is 16 years.
