Theranos Ex-President Sunny Balwani to Be Sentenced Wednesday

Carlton Fields Shareholder and Empirical Justice LLC Founder Michael Yaeger was quoted in a Wall Street Journal article examining the potential prison term of Theranos Inc.’s former No.2 executive, Sunny Balwani.
In light of Elizabeth Holmes’s recent sentencing of 11 ¼ years, Yaeger states,”You can certainly see that Holmes’s sentence functions as a floor for Balwani.”
