Aaron Weiss was quoted in a National Law Journal article titled “Judges Must Pause Lawsuits During Arbitration Appeals, Supreme Court Rules.” The article discusses the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent ruling that litigation is automatically paused when a dispute over arbitrability is pending on appeal.

Weiss noted that he has had clients that spent large sums fighting lawsuits on the merits after losing an arbitration motion, even though they later ultimately win on appeal.
