Alan Rosenthal Interviewed by CBS 12 News: “West Palm Beach Gives One Year, $1 Million to End Lease With Palm Beach Photographic Centre”

Alan Rosenthal was interviewed by CBS 12 News on his recent case for nonprofit Palm Beach Photographic Centre, City of West Palm Beach v. Palm Beach Photographic Centre Inc. The city has asked the Photographic Centre to vacate its current property in Downtown West Palm Beach 15 years before its lease ends, agreeing to give the Centre 365 days and $1.09 million to move to a different location.

“It's a great opportunity for the Photographic Centre, which needs additional space in order to pursue the addition of film to its potpourri of services,” Rosenthal said.
