Carlton Fields attorney Alan Rosenthal was quoted in an article for Law360 titled, “Miami Beach Wins Again in Code Enforcement Row With Club.” The piece discusses a recent Florida appeals court decision, affirming a win for the city of Miami Beach in a long-running dispute with a nightclub over a purported "campaign of harassment," agreeing with a lower court that the club owner failed to connect code enforcement actions to its closure.

Rosenthal, who represents Miami Beach, stated, "We are gratified that both the trial and appellate courts in this case undertook the thorough review of the facts and the law that facilitated their validation of the city's meritorious position.”
