Bill Sklar Quoted in Law360: “Florida Legislature Adds Flexibility to Condo Reform Law”

Law360 quoted Bill Sklar in its article titled “Florida Legislature Adds Flexibility to Condo Reform Law.” The article discusses the recent modifications made by the Florida Legislature to building safety reforms enacted last year in response to the 2021 Surfside building collapse.

Sklar, who chaired a Florida Bar task force that proposed new building safety rules for condos in the state after the Surfside collapse, told Law360, "It's more transparency, which I'm all in favor of and was part of our task force recommendations."
