Heather Jonczak was quoted in a Daily Business Review article titled “As States See a Wave of Office Conversions to Housing, Florida Relies on Other Tactics to Solve Affordability.” The article discusses the recent trend of commercial real estate being converted to residential spaces across the U.S., and why South Florida has yet to see interest in these types of conversions.

“The owners of all of those commercial office buildings are facing decreased demand for office leases right now,” said Jonczak. “We're in a little bit of a different situation than a lot of other major U.S. markets.”
