Bloomberg Law quoted Mark Neubauer in an article titled “Viking River Cruises Gets Another Bite at California PAGA Apple.” The article discusses a recent case involving a unique California labor law, and whether it can force arbitration of labor law claims brought on the state’s behalf.

“This has been part of a battle between the California Supreme Court and U.S. Supreme Court, literally it’s been going on for decades,” said Neubauer.
