Tell High Court to Eye Nurses’ Case.” The piece focuses on the amicus brief that Yaeger and Foell submitted on behalf of Freedom Network USA and the Human Trafficking Legal Center, which states that the then-Suffolk County, New York District Attorney was wrong to arrest and indict 10 Filipino nurses who did nothing more than quit their jobs at a large nursing home operator.
