Simon Gaugush was quoted in Bloomberg Law, in an article titled “OpenAI Probe Is WilmerHale Test After College President Debacle.” The article discusses WilmerHale’s investigation into Sam Altman’s firing from OpenAI, as it aims to restore its own credibility in light of the recent controversy related to the firm’s coaching of two university presidents before a congressional hearing.

Gaugush said the probe “feels more like a showpiece” to restore confidence for investors as well as for employees, “who feel like Altman’s ouster was disruptive.”
